Steven Penning was jailed in 2009 for rape. He has not long been let out of prison on licence
He has connections to cities in the North West of England. In particular Blackpool and Wigan are some of his favourite haunts.
It is sickening that he was let out of prison with his history
I hope they catch him

Lancashire Police launched the urgent search for Stephen Pennington, 35, after he failed to comply with his licence conditions.

If he is a child rapist he should have never been let out of prison. I hope they catch him quickly before he has a chance to harm anyone else with his evil acts.

@Gilljane I was thinking the same thing. It needs to go. It should be the first thing they do when they finally catch him.

There is an inmate on the run from here as well. I forgot what his crime was. He has been missing for several weeks. I hope they catch your guy.
