Nice try driver who had a passenger dressed wearing a Halloween mask.

A motorist who was driving his auto on Washington state Highway 167 in Auburn Washington last Wednesday driving on a northbound high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane by himself which is a violation of state law. The name of the motorist was not mentioned violated the rules of driving by himself tried to bend the rules of driving by dressing up a passenger who wore a Halloween mask affixed to the passenger seat along with a vest and scarf which did not impress Washington State Trooper Rick Johnson who is also the public information officer since a fake passenger wearing a Halloween mask may be scary but it does not count as a passenger.
