One phone call down...

...actually, two, since I started making the second call after I typed the title. 
The first call was to my broker so that I could get a deposit to my account started up again, as I had paused it recently. The second ("Mom") was to the radiology department at the hospital, during which I confirmed my appointment for my CaT scan on the fifth of October at 1:30 p.m.
Now I am going to have some lunch, and then I'll try to make a couple more phone calls.
