Rabbi, Gustev Rimonski, was discussing the various parts of a man, with his students.
Here is what he said:
"Man is a multifaceted creation of God."
"Man has a body, which includes, a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body."
"A man lives within his physical body, emotes through his emotional body, and thinks with, or though, his mental body."
"On top of this though, man has a soul, and he also has an essence, or an innate nature about him too."
"Your essence is the essentiality of the God part in you, which is God in you, whereas your soul is your part of God, that is you, in God, so to speak. A subtle difference."
"Your essence is God's love in you, or his light, lighting you up as you."
"Our soul provides impetus, energy, purpose, to our lives, but the real power, which creates this power is our essence, which allows God to be energetically alive within us, lighting us up with his God part of us, being us, our soul can then step up to God, and be the part of God that he created it to be for him, acting as his servant, within his creation."
"We need to serve God, and fulfil his will for our lives, through our utilising our own unique gifts. We are to live from our essence, the love within us which generates the power, working through our soul, mind, body, and all of who we are, to fully live a fully life of love for God here in our life."
"The Greek Philosopher, Aristotle (384 to 322 BC), described life like this:"
'"The energy of the mind is the essence of life."'
"Now, all things could be said to carry a sense of their essence, their inherent purity within themselves."
"Music's essence touches us when we listen to a particular touching piece."
"But the essence of man, is an essence that sits above these other essences, as it is likened unto it being a generator of energy, love, and light, in us, a generator powered in us by God."
And so ended the Rabbi's lesson to his students for that day.

I think the high essence is Consciousness.

@innertalks Yes it is a complete package all of it that the Divine God has designed.
I cannot believe that people do not think that there is nothing outside our physicality.

@RebeccasFarm I guess the scientific-minded want some type of a proof, but they are limiting themselves not seeing any further than their physical brain shows them.

Yes, that could be right. Consciousness must fit in there somewhere too.
Some say that even God has his God-conscious state too.
I used to say that consciousness is a field, created around the energy of love in God, so that the more we love, the greater is our consciousness in approaching God consciousness too.
Consciousness is created in a similar way then as to how a magnetic field is created around moving electricity.
Consciousness can be like a mirror too in which we can see ourselves reflected in, as to how we are doing with our loving.
Consciousness is an added-on factor then, and not something that independently exists.

Yes, and there is said to be music in Heaven too, and so it plays a large part in God's plan for our lives here, and for our future life in Heaven too.

Yes, God placed these, energy, love, and light, into every man, but it is still up to us to fully use them, or not.
To live a fully energised life, we need to live from energy, love, and light.

It takes the right frame of mind to stay focused on our essence
The physical body can be a spoiler, especially during our teenage years.
Our connection to our soul depends on our essence and varies according to individuals.
A few can connect with others lovingly and on the other extreme there are the few who loathe others' very presence.
And we need to raise our awareness that we are on this journey together and the variety in creation has a purpose which we should ride on. .

@innertalks Ultimately it s a holistic approach that raises our overall awareness. Some tend to punish their body to stay in shape as per their definition. They even resort to bulimia.
Body has to exist in tune with nature and mind should not act as a stumbling block. If mind tries to enslave the body and deprive it of its freedom, body can retaliate too and our peace of mind goes for a toss then.

@Shiva49 Nicely put, siva.
Yes, balance is required, without overstretching any part of ourselves, past a balance point, that then causes troubles, not only for that particular overstretched part of us, but for all parts of ourselves then too.

@innertalks Thanks Steve, it should be smooth sailing without rocking our boats.
Plain living and high thinking - not thinking only after we are high!
