Uh-Oh, Has the Seal Been BROKEN?

Today was the first day of the season I threw on a pair of jeans. Not that it is terribly cold, mind you. It was 52F earlier and today won't even hit 70. But I decided to throw on a pair of jeans today just because. I know the rest of the week is supposed to be cooler, but not unseasonably so. Perhaps we get another little warm up before it's curtains for warm weather altogether. But I fear I may have broken the seal and I will be readying my shorts to go into winter storage very soon.

@porwest I have been hating winter here for about 4 months. It is still chilly now although it is Spring.

@marguicha lol. I do notice the older I get the more the cold bothers me too. But I am a spring chicken still at 5o. Still.

I am not sure what bothers me more. The cold or the shorter days. I want to say the cold. But when it gets dark at 5pm that just sucks.

It got quite chilly here yesterday although I still saw a lot of people walking around in shorts and tee shirts. Not me. I must be getting old.

@porwest You should relocate to sunny and warm NC. We seldom get snow (hope I don't regret saying that) but we do get hurricanes.

The only clothes I need here in Florida are summer clothes except for two hoodies and leggings I wear then it does get coldand live in my Coroc.

Yeah, I have heard it can get into the 40s there some days, which for Florida is pretty darn cold.

When we stayed in North India, that was a part of our chores..pack up the clothes that are not needed any more in the season and take the seasonal clothes out. But here in Bangalore, the weather stays more or less same throughout the year. We always keep a light jacket handy. We might need it anytime.
