Husband buys lottery tickets for his wife that won them a huge lottery prize

Elio Figueroa who is a resident of Prince George's County in Maryland went to buy some scratch lottery tickets at a Sunrise Market & Deli in Beltsville Maryland about two weeks ago when Elio found out that after he went home and gave his wife Maria who was in the kitchen cooking a meal.
When Maria found out that the $20 dollar lottery ticket $50,000 dollar scratch off lottery ticket that won the huge prize of $50,000 dollars which amazed the couple who will use the lottery winnings to buy a new home for their family.

That´s wonderful. Although I´m not sure that that amount is enough for a new home. Aren´t there some zeros left out?

The prize was $50,000 dollars even though Elio and his wife did have to check the amount of the prize a few times to confirm the amount was correct. Maybe the lottery winnings will be used for a down payment.

Neither would I. I only spent $1 dollar per scratch off tickets before I gave up playing the lottery due to lack of money.
