Delicious Fondant / myLot

A fondant mostly has sugar, water corn syrup and gelatin but this one also has chcolate which is quite rare. I like its perfection. It is the gelatin that lets it stand on its own and ofcourse the chcolate gives it the colour I have not made it but I am good at making jelly to which I also add fruits. @allknowing I don't think that you get extreme cold. No place in Karnataka gets it like in North India. So, we can enjoy it throughout the year

What is the coldest it gets in India? We are going into fall, then winter, and I wondered just how cold it gets there. I already know it gets extremely hot in India.

That can’t be pleasant.
