Hey, guys! It is me again. I said in my previous post that my back hurts big time. My hands are in pain, too - maybe from too much typing and sitting in front of the computer. I have been working online since 2008, so maybe I already am experiencing the downside of being a WFH individual. My partner's sister owns a red light and I tried to use it a couple of times during my stay in Manila and it quite worked for me. For this reason, I ordered one online for a lesser price. I got it for around Php 500 or $10. I used it last night to ease the pain on my hands and it did a pretty good job. Although it is only a temporary relief, I do not mind. I am still saving up for therapy which can cost me a lot of money.
According to Google, Red Light Therapy is beneficial for the skin, helps wounds heal faster, reduces inflammation, and many more. Have you tried this before?

I have not used it but I heard good about it, and now you say it helps even only temporary..you'll take it.
What therapy are you saving for Gracie?
I am so sorry your hands are hurting so much.
And your back too? Do you have chiropractor or massage people for you?
Maybe even acupuncture?

My hands needed therapy. They're a little pricey here, so I'm saving up for it, my friend.
I get a massage every two months on average. When I can't take it anymore, I do it twice. I'd like to try acupuncture, but it doesn't seem to be offered in the province.

Yes, it gives temporary relief. It is better than not doing something to ease the pain. Take care, Amber :)

@freelancermariagrace Most therapies are like that. Even a massage is temporary relief. But even if only for a fleeting moment, any relief to aches and pains is worth it. I hope your hands and back don’t bother you too much!

Thank you! It only gives temporary relief, though.
