In Bangladesh in the hotel I stayed they offered prawn panta rice. The panta rice is cooked earlier and eaten with chillies and potatoes. The prawns adds taste in the food. i was offered the same food in Thailand also. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLwlLrdrcUc

I'm glad you enjoyed the food... I was afraid you were only going to post about sports tonight.

That looks delicious! I like your travel and food posts. Was the food in Bangladesh as spicy as ours? I assume that it would be very much similar to our taste.

thanks Arunimaji it was delicious. In fact more spices are used in Bangladesh. Beyond spices there is an art of cooking a vegetable with a fish. For example cabbage is cooked with koi fish.

@sathviksouvik Fish would be a staple diet there like Bengal. It's good to know that they have different style of cooking. Veggies with fish sounds yummy.
