Another Star Passes

I have been a Dark Shadows fan for about 58 years. I used to hurry home from school to watch each episode. I loved the witch, Angelique played by actress Lara Parker. She was so deliciously evil. He had big bulbous eyes and full lips. I am sad to report that she has passed away from cancer at age 84. She wrote many books and several were with the characters from the show. I enjoyed reading them and continuing the story of Dark Shadows. Sad to hear of her passing.
The picture is one of I have had for many years. Don't recall where I got it.

That program was never on my radar, but I know it has many devoted fans still, some of whom weren’t even born when it aired!
Very sorry about her passing. Lots of older stars have been leaving us lately.

Oh no how sad. I remember Dark Shadows very very well also..I too used to love to watch it after school, but mostly I had to sneak watch as Mama didn't want me to watch it..Oh RIP to her.

She was a favorite character and I thought it so cool when she started publishing books continuing the storyline.

I loved Dark Shadows too and remember her. Such sad news to hear of her passing.

People keep mentioning this show so I think I'm going to have to seek it out. I think it probably did air in the UK but without any re-runs.
