Few days ago, I don't know what happened that my youngest son (Kyler) cracked some technical files of my desktop computer. Just to give you a heads up. My personal computer is temporary a shared computer with my youngest as his own computer was crash few months ago. The System32 has been destroyed. And I'm trying to configure how to restore that System32 thru websites but I failed to do so. It's already been months because not to fix until now. So, while they're on school vacation, I decided to share my own desktop computer so that he has something to do. He can use my computer while I'm away (while at work). And about few days ago, he can't even remember what happened that the internet has been gone into this computer that I'm currently using right now. Trying to configure it and I've found out the iPV4 and iPv6 stated as "no internet access" In view of this, since I'm in the Tech Support Team also in the current work that I'm serving with. I know how to configure it. And finally got configure the iPv4. However, the iPv6 can't. Trying all those troubleshooting steps that I've know including restore access points. And still failed. Until few hours ago, I decided to do the reformatting of the operating system. And finally both iPv4 and iPv6 has stated as "internet access". And love it that I can do YouTube and even myLot. Right now while doing my internet access here, I'm trying to configure again his own computer so that he can use that computer and not mine.

That is awesome...That is one good thing about computers if you are having problems you can usually find the answer somewhere online. Some of the info is to techy for me to digest, but if I keep looking, I can usually find something I can do.

@luisga814 Yes, sometimes there is lot of trial and error involved. However, once you learn something, you can usually help others with it

@snowy22315 That's correct! Although, I'm working as an online tech support. There's something I still don't know.

@DaddyEvil Yes, I'm glad with that. Unfortunately, the other computer is still not able to do so. Still trying it but I can't right now because of my busy schedule.

I believe you have a virus that has corrupted your operating system, forcing you to reformat it. That is the quickest technique to remove the infection from your computer. It is a clean slate, but the difficulty is that you must erase some personal files along the route to ensure that the virus does not relaunch if you access the compromised file.
