My next door neighbor happened to check in on me while I was home feeding the cat. He offered to take me back to the hospital to spend the night with George. So, here I am. With George and Chilly is fed. He'll spend the night in the bedroom, but better than nothing I suppose. He has fresh food and water there.

I am glad he checked on you. I bet I would have to be gone for six months before any of my neighbors checked on me. I think the mail lady would be more likely to say something actually, and she doesn't even like me.
