Rolling Shutter just broke

One of the tenants have often hard time opening and closing this roll up over the years. But recently, she had a hard time closing it down until a few days ago. When he called a few people to help, they realized that the pipe inside the roll up broke. They had to destroy the upper portion so the shutters could go down. The next day they fixed it though it took hours. The tenant suggested to have it replaced instead. After 12 years that shutter finally gave in.
