Today I taught saxophone at the school

Today I taught five kids saxophone at the school. Four of them can play the first four notes, C B A G, ( Do Si La and Sol) but one was having trouble. I gave him one of my spare mouth pieces and a good ligature and told him to work blowing it at home for the week. In Israel we use the ABC system for chords, but Do, Re Mi for the notes. It makes it confusing when you have to speak about the chords and notes at the same time!
