Actually fairly impressed with this hotel room.

After the fiasco that was our time in Texas earlier this year- when dealing with Chris' dad's death and stuff- I had pretty much given up on hotels. I pulled up the Priceline website on the way to Niceville and chose the one we got a deal on because we are "Gold VIP" status members. I had some reservations because it is a Best Western and the one we have in DeFuniak isn't what you would call, somewhere I would want to stay. I'll just paint you a picture, a few months ago there was a news story that broke in Defuniak. A "meth"odist nodded out after getting high and her toddler was found in the Best Western hotel next door to the one she was staying in, three hours later. But this one in Niceville is probably one of the nicest ones that Chris and I have stayed in together. All the rooms we have stayed in for the most part have been in the Wyndym family of hotels. We paid twice what we paid for the hotel tonight for far worse rooms. This room is very I clean and the whole Hotel is very well maintained and up to date. Another big issue that turns me Off When it comes to hotel rooms is that they can tend to have a Weird odor. especially when it comes to the cheaper ones. No such problem here. @ I am actually really blowe away. Actually @FourWalls when you come back down to visit again, I reccommend you checking out this Best Western in Niceville. Its thirty ish minutes from our house, but its way nicer than anything in town. So yeah. I may not be thrilled that we aren't staying at home in our own bed. But at least this hotel is nicer than I expected
