Badminton Day

Hola Mylot, it is me again your favorite angel. Friday morning here and I have a bit busy but not that busy. It's Friday and I don't want to do many things today. I have to prepare for the weekend. Yesterday, I spent 2 hours playing Badminton and I was so happy because I love doing it and also I played with my son and his friends. So, it is kind of having quality time with my son.
After playing badminton for the last 3 months every week. I felt that my body was getting better now. And I am so proud of myself for it.

I'm glad you've been enjoying yourself with your son and his friends.
It is getting cooler here and we had to turn on the central heat in the house today. It will be 36F/2C by 6 am tomorrow... Wish you were here to enjoy it with me.

Your Friday sounds like a perfect blend of productivity and joy. Two hours of badminton, quality time with your son, and the satisfaction of feeling your body getting stronger – that's an absolute win!
As for my day, hit the gym early morning and clean the house :) That is my boring day.. haha!
