When someone is a horrible husband and father but a brilliant player

He is showered with accolades coming from every quarter even from the opponents but sadly the wife and kid have to tell a different story. I wonder why personal relationships get a back seat and are totally ignored while putting someone on a pedestal. Are personal relationships valueless when praising an achiever? What is your thought on this?

I think it’s usually kept pretty hushed is why the husbands get away with it in the media looking like the good guys.

A home is nothing but a small part of society and if one ignores it then we will be facing a society that is not in keeping with values that dictate a happy home

I guess the answer is that celebrities who are showered with praise in public but are not good family persons is that the celebrity is protected by the media despite their flaws since they are needed by the media to be the good star in public.

It's time society changes its thinking as a home is a miniature society itself and that needs to be looked at too

I will probably corrupt you on this answer in how I was taught, but if they not doing what they supposed to, why are they on a pedestal. This is how I was taught. No one teaches the poor so you look to music. Funny how your post made me remember off top of my head. How you know its true.

A players talent is seen by the applauders not his personal life. Relationships is important at an individual level.

Society protects that person. Hiding the truth which the media thinks is the best way.

I've always thought that the media tends to confuse celebrity with hero. Once the fickle media turns (which they invariably do), the celebrity might find that those he trampled under on the road to fame, are more forgiving than the "fans". I hope that the family concerned get put first at some point.

That will never happen All those success stories are only to do with their achievements and nothing to do with their not so pleasant personal life
