Berend E We normally go market for fresh every 4-5 days, no list as we take what we can find in season. Supermarkets, thankfully, we only need to do for pantry items and milk, so that is every third day or so, with a list and prices for comparison

Berend E Oh I get that one, my eldest sister lives in that sort of alternate reality as well. I've had the rare pleasure of living there for 6 weeks recently, ugh. I only ever once had the "pleasure" of that sort of thing and we did not see eye to eye.

Berend E We travel a lot, so short-term is worth it to rent for us. But it is sometimes difficult to know up front what you are dealing with. I don't even want to talk about neighbours, that is whole other level of weird
