In winter mustard plantations look yellow

In Bengal mustard oil is used for cooking food. So the raw mustard is processed to oil. At the same time mustard paste called sorshe bata is used to cook hilsa fish. The mustard plantations in winter look absolutely yellow. It is fun to enter the plantations.

Here in India we can see the mustard plantation on the fields and it looks beautiful to see yellow everywhere.
