Shopping list?

Tomorrow morning I'm thinking of making a list and going to the store to get a couple of things I'm out of. I want to take a look in the refrigerator and the pantry and check out what I don't have and write things down. Knowing me, I'll forget something when I go to the store, anyway.
How often do you go shopping? Do you have a certain day when you do it? Or are you like me, and mostly grocery shop when you look in the (refrigerator, cupboard, pantry) and realize that you're out of something?

Absolutely, a shopping list is like the superhero cape of grocery shopping! I'm a firm believer in the power of the list.
For me, it's a weekly ritual. I find joy in planning out meals and ensuring my kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Having that list not only keeps me organized but also prevents those classic "I forgot something" moments. It's like a little game of conquering the grocery store with a well-prepared strategy.
Happy shopping!

I dont 'go shopping'. I cant do it anymore..too hard on me in the weather and distance and hill too much for me.
So I order online maybe once or twice a week.

I've done the online delivery--but now that I live roughly across the street from the grocery store, delivery feels kind of silly.

I got to the store weekly to get food for the week so that we didn't overstock our small space. Today I am making a list of what is needed. It's not a set day during the week sometimes it's a Monday, it can be a Wednesday or Friday, or even over the weekend. It just depends on when funds are available and what is needed.

@xstitcher indeed. Today I used my phone calculator while shopping. I made my money point $200 and spent only $95 and some change leaving us with $.167 to work with.

I shop for the whole month and only go in between if I run out of something I really need.

We normally go market for fresh every 4-5 days, no list as we take what we can find in season. Supermarkets, thankfully, we only need to do for pantry items and milk, so that is every third day or so, with a list and prices for comparison
