U S Park Ranger rescue an injured eagle along a highway

Thanks to the efforts of a United States Park Police (USPP) officer who rescued a bald eagle that suffered an injury along the Washington-Baltimore Parkway late last weel, the injured eagle is now being taken care of by officials at the Owl. Moon Raptor Center in Boyds Maryland.
The injured eagle is in excellent hands inside of the Owl Moon Raptor Center at this time.
How the bald eagle was injured is not known at this time. The good side of this story is that the park ranger did his job of rescuing an injured bald eagle found on a highway.

I am always so thankful to hear of those who have rescued my bird friends. We have the World Birds of Prey Foundation here in Idaho. Just across town.

A very good Deed by the Park Rangers.
The name of the Center is quite interesting.
I think credit should also go to the authorities for adequate funding for the Park Rangers although I am not sure of the details.
