I honestly going to say that I usually feel slumpy at 3:00 PM every day. So, I need to take a nap around 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM to boost my energy. If not, it will be a huge struggle to teach my students online at night. That is the best option for me to do. As much as possible, I need to sleep at least 8 hours a day.
What time of day do you usually experience a slump?
When you sense that your vitality is declining, what do you do?

It depends on how early I got up. I was up at 7 AM today so I took a napt around 1 PM. Working hard at writing and researching online sometimes makes me a bit tired and I need a break,

My nap is in the morning around 10, if possible. There are days when I don't get a nap due to other activities. Without a nap, I'm falling asleep around 7. I don't want to go to bed so early, so I do what I can to stay awake until my normal bedtime between 8:30-9.

I am not a day time napper. My energy level is pretty consistent throughout the day.

I usually go to sleep at 1 a.m. But I need to wake up at 4:30 AM to prepare my niece's lunchbox. I will have morning classes from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I will sleep again until 12:00 PM and wake up until my classes from 4:00 PM to midnight. If I am lucky, I will take a nap again at 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
