DNA! Yes deoxyribonucleic acid. As someone with a degree in biology I can confidently teach about that amazing molecule. We are finishing the Jonbenet Ramsey documentary on Amazon Prime tomorrow (excellent and I highly recommend) and then we are moving on to DNA.
At least I'll have a week or 2 without being totally stressed out about what to do with the students.

That's good. Teaching something that you know well always gives a sense of comfort. Enjoy it.
