Does Your Dog Play With Toys?

I have an American Eskimo mix dog that I got 2.5 years ago as a rescue. She is gorgeous, smart, well behaved, and great cuddly company. But she won't play with any toys. She has been a momma dog before I got her. She will be 6 in January. She is my emotional support dog. Even though she is rather small, she likes to pull and often helps pull my wheelchair when we have to go up hill. I just cannot get her to play with her toys. She can be skittish about various sounds she hears, especially some I cannot hear since her hearing is better than mine. It would be fun if she played fetch or tug of war with her toys, but I am happy with her as she is. Maybe her previous owners didn't play with her.
