It seems like it must be 11:45. At this rate, I don't know if I am even going to make it to the ball drop. I am getting kind of bored..and a little bit sleepy. I mean I don't have to stay up..and lots of times I don't..but I sort of thought I would. Now...if only I could quit yawning. Are you going to try to stay up until Midnight or not?

@LadyDuck Not me,I turned off the TV 30 seconds after New Years. I did watch Tubi in bed..Dark Shadows for about half an hour though.

@snowy22315 There were fireworks, but they stopped off about half past midnight. I just couldn’t go to sleep.

@AmbiePam I usually knock myself out if I am awake too long. I hate to be tired the next day and will do anything to avoid it.

Was there noise? I did wake up early when I thought both the cat and I would sleep in..but I went back to sleep again after awhile.

I hope you get to see him. He is probably going to be pretty tired if he gets to come home. At least I suppose he is getting lots of overtime.

@snowy22315 he will get some. Yeah, he’ll be so tired, but it’s hard to sleep knowing you have to get up in a few hours.

I went to bed as I was not able to stay up. Then I got up for a while waited for the ball to drop and eventually went back to bed for a few hours.
