Had an appointment with the psych NP

It was a virtual appointment at 7 pm! 
I started seeing her back in October and I really like her. She is kind and funny and she likes cats too. 
I have had psychiatrists who focus solely on medication. This woman combines a combination of therapy and meds.
She increased the anti-anxiety medication but left the antidepressant dosage the same. I see her again in 2 weeks.

My psych doctor just renews my medication. We talk about what's going on in our lives and about the weather. lol I'm glad you like your doctor.

Glad you like her and she can help you. Being a non-taking medicine of any kind person it sounds like a lot to increase a dosage but if it helps you then go with it,
