Of the fruits my favourite is mangoes We have four varieties and Benet Alphosa takes first They are fleshy and can be used to make juice, jam, jelly and ice cream.
Whenever we have surplus we store the pulp in the deep freeze for future use.
The weather this season has interfered with the yield. There are still no flowers which normally appear aroudn November.
Do you have fruits growing in your garden?

I too have mango, banana, guava and lime. I did get a tree full of guavas and made some guava jelly. My mango flowers start blooming only on late January or beginning of February.
