I Found It!

I use a piece of rose quartz for pain reduction. I've used it for years and I have one setting on my bedside table ready in case I need it. I had slid it off the table the other day and it fell on the floor someplace and I couldn't find it. With the maintenance guys so noisy I needed it badly. I looked all over the area once again and this time I found it. I am so relieved. It feels so good on my forehead and I can actually feel the pain being pulled away by the quartz. What a relief!

Oh lovely that rose quartz is so pretty too. Glad you found it. Hope it provides some relief for you. I got noise here too today..they are in the utility room right by my apartment drilling and so on for water heater work.

It is a type of stone used for healing. It helps me to relax so my headache goes away. You can get them on Etsy or anywhere gems are sold.

The piece I have is about 3in. x 5in. You can get them all different sizes. This was broken off another bigger piece.
