I happened to find this movie on Amazon Prime and it sounded alright and stars Matt Damon, which I like as an actor. I gave it a watch and it was pretty good. The movie is inspired by a true story, but it is not a true story if that makes sense. The movie was inspired by the Amanda Knox story. An American girl who was falsely convicted and imprisoned for murder in Italy. Other than the story idea it is not to be taken as the retelling of the Amanda Knox story. It is a bit slow at times, but I found it interesting, and the acting is pretty good. Of course, sad at times but over all I would give it 3.5 stars on a 1-5 scale. It’s different for Matt Damon, which is a good thing. The plot of the movie is that the father of the imprisoned girl goes to try and free his daughter from the prison in Marseilles. The movie is rated R for language, very little sexual content, very little violence. It runs for about 2 hours 10 minutes. I think it is worth the watch and you can find it on Prime, Google Play, AMC, and Vudu that I know of.
