Yippee I get a refund

In my last post I talked about receipt of an item from Amazon with no wrapper. I complained to them and what do you know they have apologised and given me a full refund " "Amazon Your Account Amazon.in Message From Customer Service Hello , Greetings from Amazon! I am sorry that you received damaged (Opened) Yardley London English Lavender Luxury Soap| Daily Bathing Soap. Thank you so much for sharing images with us. I have noted the strong feedback on your order regarding this. I really can understand your point. And hence, going ahead, I have issued the complete refund of amount "212.00/- INR" to your same original payment method as Amazon pay balance" I am not unduly surprised as I have in the past received refunds from them on complaints made. Feeling great.

This is not normal but it does happen But Amazon is a great company,I have been buying through them for quite a long time and they are very helpful and always except returns

But they have done it again and this time I told them I do not want any refunds but they must stop this practice.

They are repeating this form of packing I just received one more Have asked them to stop this forftwith but I would not want a refund.

@allknowing Dalene ordered a table from a store here recently, and that was also just wrapped in plastic wrap when the courier delivered it. So maybe this is the new way to go, who knows?

I similarly received yet another item. I do not want a refund but I have told them that they should stop this type of exposing items forthwith.

But I would prefer if they did not do this again and they have done it I have asked them to stop and I have told them I am not interested in a refund

I also had a complaint once about a damaged book and they also refunded me the shipping cost and sent me a new book. They did not want me to send the damaged book back, so I donated it to an old age home.
