What is rendang. Rendang is dish content of meat, cream of coconut, red chili and a lot of spice.
Cooked dish while we have a lot of time cause cooked dish take a long time.
First prepare meat with slicing it in to small pieces, prepare coconut to pure coconut and by adding water so you can take cream of coconut.
Blending chili with many spice like peppers, garlic, coliander, curcumin leaf, ginger, salam leaf.
Second put coconut cream to pot, then blending chili and blending spices. Cook it until warm then add meat. Wait until dish turn to like this image.
Rendang have number one rich taste, you know.

@freyahise No it's made of rice and one kind of meat. It could be Chicken, Meat, Lamb or Fish.

We used to make this with nasi goreng in the Dutch way, my family in Holland also like this as part of Rijstafel. I don't do rijstafel so much any longer, the ingredients got too expensive for us.
