Video watch : Informative video in Recent earthquake/Tsunami in Japan and the Plane accident

This was a video we watched a few days back. Japan was struck by Earthquakes. I saw a few pictures showing big cracks appearing on the road. Also coastal areas were damaged by Tsunamis. If this wasn't enough, There was a big plane collision accident. This video describes in a good detail. However, what stands out is the Japanese resilience, work culture and discipline. @jstory07 Yes, something that any country would find very challenging. Yet there is something in the way Japan faces such calamities with discipline and resilience.
