Websites that make contact hard.

I hate it when I use a site that makes it hard to contact them. I have been using one of my survey sites for many years now and they were always very helpful. They now seem to have made changes to the way they do things and now I cannot find any way to contact them. I am waiting for my payment which is a few days late and I want to know when I can expect to get it.

More and more sites make it difficult to contact them. A survey site should not be one of them. They should make it easy for a member to contact them. Let me know what the site is if you want. I will look for a contact if you'd like me to. I'm always up for a challenge. Have a good day.

Thank you for your offer of help. I have an old paper letter from these people because they used to pay by cheque and send it in the post. I will look for my old letter and see if there is a phone number or address written down.

Some survey sites can be very difficult to get on with. I am still working on getting my payment.

Yes they have contact details on their website but they consciously make it critical for users to find contact details.

I haven't used any survey sites. I think some of them are not trustworthy.

I do know a few of the better ones, but some are dodgy, you have to be very careful.

I've found that internet providers and insurance companies are the worst to try to contact. Pushes me over the edge at times. Hope you get your payment.
