Okay, so you are on this competition show and you have been given this challenge. You get to shop in the grocery for whatever you want, but you only have 4 minutes to do so. Then he adds another twist...a red light special which means you must use that item in your dish. In this case, it is jelly beans.
What are you cooking? You only now have 26 minutes to cook and plate your dish. You have to make 4 serving plates and plate them beautifully.

Jelly beans? 
I guess they'd have to be melted and used in some kind of sauce. But I never tried jelly beans so not even sure how they taste or how sweet they are. Not sure what I'd make.
