Philippines

Hello everyone! I have a situation here now, its been weeks since I am experiencing hair fall. I have tried some home remedies and its not effective to me. I have tried using anti hair fall shampoo and conditioner but its not fully effective too. I haven't gone to any doctor yet but I have searched online that there is a vitamin called biotin which helps improve skin , nails and hair . I am taking it for weeks now and I can see a slight improvement on my hair and skin. I hope this is the remedy for my hair fall . I do not advice to take medicine or any drug without a doctor's prescription to be safe. This vitamins I am taking now are just supplements to improve hair growth , skin and nails and hopefully it would stop my hair fall problem. If there is an alternative remedy you know of please let me know too and thank you .

I am not sure if it is effective to extract aloe vera plants. According to the elders, it is a good way to make the hair strong. However, it can also run in the bloodline. Some women experience having alopecia.

I've taken biotin for a few years. My hair was getting thin and the biotin helped some. Until I lost all my hair from chemo, that is,lol.

@iKONICNoona I'm getting there. I praise God for a negative mammogram, but chemo is the gift that keeps on giving.

Have you tried Rogaine for women? It sounds like it is expensive, but people swear by it. As for Biotin, my sister said it really helped her hair’s thickness.

I'm not sure about that, because the shampoo I have contains collagen and Ginseng, it seems like my hair has become stronger after using it.
