I left late and missed the bus. On the way to the bus stop, not only did I get a robo-call reminding me to pick up my medication, but it started sprinkling.
Looking at the schedule at the bus stop, I saw the next bus wasn't coming for an hour, and by the time I got there, (according to the times the robo call gave) I would be there just in time for the pharmacy to close for lunch.
I decided to wait until tomorrow--I have an appointment in the afternoon, and I can just leave a bit early and get my medication before I go to my appointment.
Walking home, I swung by the mailbox, but there was nothing in it. I'm pretty sure I got at least a half an hour walk this morning.
It did stop sprinkling, but I don't know how long that will last.

@xstitcher You just keep a good attitude, and while I have been able to do that for the most part, I admire that you deal with so much, and maintain that good attitude even in the face of any anxiety you deal with.

Thanks for the heads up about the rain. We've got clouds coming in here in Atascadero. The news last evening showed all the damage from the winds and rain. Our winds were only 80 miles per hour. They're not too sure how hard they're going to be today. I'm going to venture down to check the mail, but I'm not too sure we'll get any today because of the storm and the delays it will cause for the mail trucks.
Be careful out there tomorrow, the weather guessers aren't giving us too good a prognosis for better weather.

@xstitcher We're raining again at 12:15, so it's possible that we'll have flood warnings and evacuation notices. I made the trek down to feed my cats that mooch from me (the grey one is a cute Scottish fold mix, I wouldn't mind adopting him into the household!!!) and I got rained on (I didn't bother with my jacket, I figured a quick down and back but I ran into a favorite neighbor and we stood outside and talked about getting wet....DUH!!!!

I am sorry that you missed the bus today. I hope that you do get your medication tomorrow when you are out and about.
