What's for dinner? February 8

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I pulled out a container of leftover spinach quiche filling from the freezer so I am using that tonight. I have a roll of pie dough in the fridge but there isn't enough filling to make a whole quiche. I'm thinking about trying to do like a calzone type thing. I might even mix some ricotta into the spinach/cheese combination. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I made rice in bouillion and then fried it a bit and added some green beans,

That sounds good. I had a big lunch so for dinner I am just going to have a sandwich or something light.
