Not going down town shopping today.

I'm not going shopping down town today due to the weather, and the fact that I just don't feel like it!
Instead I'm staying home and watching TV and doing stuff online. I've just managed to do a survey online. I still need 40p before I can request a gift card!
I sent off my deposit for this years summer course on Wednesday. But now it turns out my friend Yasmin might not be able to come because she's not been feeling well and neither has her Mum, and she also doesn't get sick pay when she's off work. The classes don't start till May anyway so she should be feeling better by then, and I did say I'd help out if she couldn't afford it.
So it looks like I might have to get a taxi again. I might see if Paul is going to the summer classes, and if he is maybe he can give me a lift. I don't want to be pushy though. And I would give him some money for his petrol and time.
Anyway, what are you lot getting up to today?

I hope you soon get your 40p to request a gift card. Do you find it is getting harder to get paid with survey sites these days? I do a few and some of them seem to be getting more and more complicated. I am waiting for one at the moment to send me a gift card but they want a photo and personal details. Another one pays it`s rewards through another site which means even more logging in etc.

It might take some time. First of all I've got to get a survey that I can do! A lot of them say We're looking for a slightly different profile, or The device you are using is not compatible with this survey! Yes, it does seem that way. No survey site has ever asked me for a photo and personal details to get a gift card. What is the name of that survey site? Yes, that would be a bit irritating.

@sharonelton I gave up on survey sites years ago, I never did the right things or bought the right products and it was just the biggest waste of time ever!

@Fleura Oh, I'm not giving up.altogether. When I do manage to do a survey, the rewards are worth it. There is one site that very rarely says I'm not eligible for surveys and when I've got enough points I get £50 to go straight into my bank, and they've also just introduced Amazon gift cards too. There are some other sites that give you a few points even if you don't qualify for a survey.

Sorry to hear your friend and her mom aren't feeling well. That is nice of you to offer to help her pay for the courses. Hopefully, she will be able to go with you. Today, I am homeschooling my daughter, straightening up around the house, and doing some things on the internet.
