Does slow food lead to slow living and longevity?

Food should always be good and clean but its not affordable in most cases but nutritionists believe that slow food especially the ones you cook by yourself will help you live longer and fast food is the opposite. The more time-consuming your meals are, the more likely they will provide more nutrients and longevity.

I think it is true, my ancestors (who always eat food cooked at home and sitting at the table) all lived to become very old.

Slow food is good for people's heath. It is far better than consuming fast food.

Fast food can be very bad because of all the additional ingredients that are put there to replace lost flavour, make it last longer in storage, or make it look appetising, or to make it much cheaper. Sometimes you need a background in chemistry to understand a list of ingredients!
