What a painful day

Hello everyone hope you are doing good. But am not, I did had a terrible day. When there was a rain I fall down while I was going to open the door for someone rang the bell. The fall was painful, I fall on my back and now it’s hurting me so badly and i did put ointment to relieve my back and now couple of days had passed but the pain still there but it get less than when happened

I'm sorry you fell and hurt your back. If it persist then you need to go to hospital.

You can put a cold pack to prevent from swelling.

Thank you but there is no swelling Alhamduallah only pain when I try to stand or sit sometimes
