Did you know that a Thai farmer plowed his rice fields into huge cat artwork? Believe it or not, a farmer came up with this idea in Thailand. The three huge cats can be seen in aerial view by using a drone and an overview from special towers adjacent to these farm fields. He is not only a farmer but also an artist, and he was able to achieve this goal with the support of 200 volunteers in Chiang Rai, Thailand. They started to work on them in October 2023, aiming for more visitors to flock to these rice fields. What is the most unique artwork you have seen? Image Credit: media.cnn.com

Outstanding work for someone who is both a farmer and an artist. I believe he will always have a canvas because he would have to come up with a fresh design each time harvest time rolls around in order to keep it interesting.

I also think he will do that. He is helping the tourism industry and harvesting rice for his country with this brilliant idea.

@Shavkat I have seen many artworks of the past, the Coliseum in Rome, the Acropolis in Athens, the pyramids in Egypt.

Its so sad people just see money. People think of art as art. Art can be many things and art can change your life with a picture of it. How many times did I say art? They made a movie about this or something similar to this. It was pretty amazing how one thing changed the lives of so many for the better.

Let me check that out. I do hope that they can still produce rice for the community and not for personal gain.

I agree. The farmer is hitting two stones in one bird with this idea.

I also notice that wall paintings are becoming more popular these days.
