Here is Israel, when it is very windy, then in two hours from that time it will rain very hard. We have a blessing that we say in our morning prayer; "The wind will blow, and then the rain will fall" We say this in the fall and winter, so it is true!

No but that is interesting.
Here it can be any number of conditions alone or all at once. Colorado weather is bonkers.

That doesn't hold true here. My mother would say it was going to rain if the ants were very active.

Yes, at times when the wind get really strong here in Florida you can bet that rain will follow,
