This poor woman had such a sad life. Her mother had mental issues, there are still some questions as to who her father really was. It's no wonder she had such mental issues most of her life. She picked the wrong men like I did in my life. I can sure relate. Her pet dog Tippy was killed by a neighbor when she was just a girl. Such horrors for a little one. Marilyn Monroe was such a sad individual.
I think she committed suicide. Sure there is some mystery surrounding her relationship with the Kennedy boys but after a look at her medical history, it seems she tried to end her life several times before her death in August 4, 1962.
What are your thoughts on Marilyn Monroe? What is your favorite MM movie? For me, it was River of No Return. Robert Mitchum is a favorite of mine.

She did have a sad life. She was a beautful young lady but I don't knkw if she ever seen herself the way others did.

I think she was very aware and made a lot of changes to be seen a certain way.

I don't really have a favorite of hers but I love the one you mentioned too.
I always thought there was something missing when I saw her on the screen, though she was so lovely and did not realize it.

She was abandoned by her parents, sexually abused at an early age and had mental issues to deal with too.
