Always do laundry on Sunday. Been doing that for about 20 years now. Find it hard to break a routine. LOL Tom can never understand how I can eat the same thing for breakfast every day. But my body is used to having Oatmeal with Dark Chocolate Chips and coffee. If I don't have that for breakfast, my body doesn't know to have the trip to the bathroom. LOL About 10 min after I finish my oatmeal, and drink half my coffee, the urge comes..Every morning right on time. LOL He took me out for breakfast a couple of times, and it was nice to have a change, but my body didn't get the message, and no urge came till later in the day. LOL He gave up trying to change me up. LOL Sorry if that is TMI..LOL

Just a little bit. At least you still got the urge, however later it was.

My mom used to eat the same basic lunch every workday. Weekends were different. She would have bologna, or other type of lunch meat sandwich, boiled, egg, sliced green bell pepper, and coffee. The only things I eat every day are not really every day. I get bored with the same thing every day. I need variety of flavor. But even though I live alone now, I still cook for the large family and eat off of that for 3 or 4 days. But sometimes I even get bored with that and freeze or give away the last of it. I once read in a Guideposts magazine many years ago about a family that believed they were told by God to eat the same food for all meals every day until told otherwise. That was vegetable soup. I don't remember if it had beef or other meats in the soup. I would be going crazy without changes of flavor.

I am doing laundry today too, although "my day" is generally Saturday. I was busy yesterday.

Our body has its routines. I don´t have a routines to eat the same think every day and I wash my clothes when the sun is shining as I don´t have a dryer. But I go to the bathroom early in the morning and have to lock the bathroom door even though I live alone.
