and I share it every single year when it appears. The number of school shootings in America is outrageous. Children should be safe at school as should the staff. I have 2 doors in my classroom that I have to make sure are locked every morning. I have cafeteria duty and who knows how we would secure that space. It is EXHAUSTING when you fear being killed at work each day. I didn't join the military or become a police officer. I just want to talk about biology. It is DISGUSTING that Americans are willing to accept the deaths of so many students just so they can keep their AR-15s which no private citizen needs for anything. Those pro-life peeps really value life when they won't do anything to restrict the guns that are commonly used in school shootings. No matter which side of the aisle you are on I encourage you to view this PSA. It is very powerful and I admit even as a teacher I missed the hidden signs.
