A Shoplifter App

I'm up watching the news, and I just heard that there's an app, called a Shoplifter App. Businesses and police will download this app. Businesses will notify other businesses and tip them off of suspicious people who may be shoplifting. They then notify the police who looks into the info. Plus the fines for shoplifting will be increased by five hundred to a thousand more than it is already. This is another good thing for consumers who have to pay the price of shoplifting. Thought it is a good thing.

Yeah, they can be in one store and another shop own can notify another to be on the lookout. Smooth..
