Off to dreamland

It is time to see where my dreams will take me tonight. I never know. Most of my dreams are all over the place and make no sense. At least the nightmares have stopped so I have been sleeping much better.
What time do you usually go to bed? I usually go between 9-10 but it is 11 now so it is time.

I usually go to bed about 10:30 - 11 PM, then play games or read on my tablet until I get sleepy.
