Got some Baby Back ribs on sale Sat. They were frozen, so I kept them frozen until this morning. Just put them in the oven..with BBQ seasoning, Smokehouse Maple seasoning, and some Roasted Garlic seasoning. In 2 hours I will take them out and swab them with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, let them cool down, and then Tom will put them on the grill for a few minutes. He will also deep fry the french fries. Can't wait, we haven't had ribs in a while!

That Maple Smokhouse seasoning was the BOMB...LOL OMG it really brought out the flavor. And I didn't use much at all as I wasn't sure if it would be good or not. Had never used it before. Will probably try it on my BBQ chicken...really loved the flavor...a little sweetness without the sugar.

That is what I use the Baby Rays!! That sounds absolutely delicious! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Your seasoning mix sounds amazing, and the Sweet Baby Ray's is a classic touch. I bet the ribs will be smoky, sweet, and fall-off-the-bone tender. And don't forget those crispy fries! It's going to be a feast.
