Pescatarian Diet

A pescatarian diet is a vegetarian diet that includes fish and seafood. I have done this diet in the past and it works well for me until it gets boring. I need more variety and love the meats, which is why the KETO diet worked well for me too. I have found over time that mixing diets, in other words, alternating diets can help with weight loss and health. The most important thing is to research the nutrients each food provides to make sure you get the most bang for your buck, so to speak.
Over the past couple of years I have been researching different foods like this and found that radishes have so many nutrients that they could easily be considered a super food. I love them as a nighttime snack with Ranch dressing as a dip. The dressing is great for a KETO diet but not necessarily for other diets due to the fat content. But even so, this is a much healthier snack than chips or candy.
With a vegetarian diet, or pescatarian diet, you can still have your pastas and breads, although they are not the best things to be eating. These are still very high in carbohydrates. The best diet is a low carb diet. Most of the foods that are grain made are empty in nutrition.
Lately, I have felt that I am not enjoying eating heavy meats. But I also suspect that this is mostly due to not doing the apple cider vinegar and my special lemonade like I had been doing for so long. Laziness mostly. So, I am working on the next diet change which will most likely be Pescatarian.

As long as you're getting enough protein, vitamins and minerals, do what works for you! Have a good day.

Hey, as long as you're getting what you need and feel good doing it, then that's good for you.
