The chow samosa is amazing.

In Calcutta there are lovely samosas having chowmin within them. Both the food chowmin and samosa are separate food items. The foodmakers combined them together and served it. It is delicious

This is another variant of sambosa. I had tried the different ones in Tajikistan before.
